use your headlights

i see that by driving around that there is a lot of mis-information about headlight useage. your headlights are there not only for you to see at night, but for other people to see you. This second scenariio involves driving in low light situations, such as dusk,dawn, rain or snow or just plain gray days. If you are not using your headlights in any of these situations then you are part of the problem and are putting yourself and others at unecessary risk. Please people HEADLIGHTS ON> Be safe
